President/CEO Search

Brightview Federal Credit Union, a $38 million-asset credit union with 2 locations, one in Ridgeland, Mississippi and one in Tupelo, Mississippi, is seeking an experienced credit union executive to serve as its next President/CEO following the retirement of its current leader.

The Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader who can strengthen the credit union’s organizational culture, support and develop its staff, enhance the member experience, and increase Brightview’s visibility and engagement within the community. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy designed to expand the credit union’s membership, products and services, and overall presence throughout the Jackson metro area and the Tupelo area.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of progressive management experience within the credit union industry, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategic initiatives. The successful individual will possess strong leadership and relationship-building skills, a commitment to employee and member engagement, and a clear understanding of the cooperative principles that define the credit union movement.
